Service scope

Spato provides informational case-prep software for medical bill advocates. It is not a law firm, medical provider, payer, or billing advocacy agency.

User responsibilities

• Provide documents you are authorized to submit
• Use the service lawfully and avoid abusive automation
• Verify findings before using them in negotiations, appeals, or client communications

Access

• Create an account before preparing advocate case files
• Pilot access may be limited while the advocate workflow is developed
• Failed extraction or preparation runs may be retried or reviewed by support

Data ownership and intellectual property

• You retain rights to your uploaded and generated account data
• Spato retains rights to the platform, software, and service design

Liability limits

Case-prep outputs are estimates and may contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, Spato is not liable for dispute outcomes, payer negotiations, provider decisions, or client reliance on unverified findings.

Termination

Users may delete their account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, or security risk.
